We became known for our Gluten Free products with Vegan and Vegetarian options to attempt at accommodating all dietary requirements, but then we started winning awards in non-Gluten Free categories of the British Pie Awards and other such events! We were amazed at the response so we converted our games room into a production site.
We have now outgrown the games room kitchen and one month before lockdown in 2020 we joined forces with my brother David and his wife Jennifer to acquire an amazing business premises in Portsmouth. timing could have been better, but we have survived!!
2021 was a big year for us, we won overall dessert pie award in the British Pie Awards with our gluten free Rhubarb and Custard pie, this even got a mention on the BBC news! It was also the year that we managed to achieve SALSA food hygiene accreditation, making us one of only a handful of companies that have achieved this in the Portsmouth area.
